| 9. | Copy of prior approval of the DOI in case the shareholder is a foreign investor |
Minimum Number of Shareholders Required
The number of shareholders of a public company shall be seven in minimum and maximum of any number.
Paid-up Capital of Public Company
The paid-up capital of a public company shall be a minimum of ten million rupees (10,000,000).
